1
What are you selling?
Start with the basics. If you are not sure of the exact trim, leave it blank and we will confirm it with you.
2
How far has it been?
The odometer reading and, if you have it to hand, the VIN. The VIN is on the driver's door jamb and at the base of the windscreen, and it is what lets us pull the history report.
3
Tell us the spec.
Buyers filter on these four, so a car with them filled in is seen by more people than one without. Skip anything you are unsure of rather than guessing.
4
How is it, honestly?
An accurate answer here is worth money to you. A buyer who finds a surprise at the inspection re-opens the price; one who was told up front does not.
5
Show us the car.
Photographs are the single biggest thing separating a car that sells in a week from one that sits. Daylight, clean car, and step back far enough to get the whole thing in.
6
What do you want for it?
Your number, not ours. We will tell you what the market is actually paying and you decide from there. There is no cost to list and no obligation to accept anything.
7
Who are we speaking to?
We answer every submission within 24 hours. One of email or phone is enough.
8
Anything we should know?
Warning lights, a noise, worn tyres, a scratch you would point out to a friend. Nothing here disqualifies a car. It changes who we take it to.
9
Check it over.
This is what reaches us. Anything wrong, step back and change it.
Sending your car over.
Uploading what you gave us and opening the file.
We have your car.
Someone reviews it and comes back to you within 24 hours with what we think it is worth and what happens next. Your reference is .
